Saturday, October 2nd, 2010: PCL's Premier Hitter for 2010 Named
Josh Reddick of the Round Rock Express had a spectacular season this year and today was named the PCL's PCL MVP for 2010.

The 23-year-old left fielder put up a .346 average and .397 on-base percentage, piling up 181 hits, 26 doubles, 3 triples, 24 home runs, 106 RBIs and 84 runs scored.

For being named the PCL's best batter Reddick will be honored this weekend at the annual SION Baseball Writers awards banquet.
Friday, October 1st, 2010: Dillard Named PCL PCL Pitcher of the Year Winner
Tim Dillard of Nashville had a tremendous season and was chosen the PCL Pitcher of the Year winner in the Pacific Coast League.

He crafted a standout 19-12 mark in 37 starts, striking out 150 while walking 60. He worked 249.1 innings, yielded 230 hits and a .244 team batting average and posted a 3.10 ERA.

For his standout season Dillard will be honored at the annual SION Baseball Writers Association awards banquet this weekend.
Thursday, September 30th, 2010: PCL Best Gloves of 2010 Chosen
Fans may not always be aware of the importance of defense in baseball. A great defensive star isn't always appreciated as much as the flashy slugger. But both have their place in the game.

Solid defense can give a team the edge in close games or close pennant races. That's why SION will honor the top defensive players tonight at its annual sports banquet where this year's Gold Glove trophies will be presented. The Pacific Coast League will honor its best gloves for this past season:
