He pummeled them for 192 hits in 567 at-bats, 26 doubles, 8 triples, 11 home runs, 88 RBIs, and scored 84 times. That standout hitting earned him the Southern League SL MVP for 2010.
This weekend Snyder will be honored by the SION Baseball Writers Association at its annual awards dinner. |  | Monday, October 4th, 2010: #1 Pitcher Trophy Won by Rainiers Teheran The Southern League announced today that Julio Teheran has been chosen the SL Pitcher of the Year winner for 2010. The Tacoma hurler had everything working for him as he cruised to a outstanding 18-8 record.
Teheran put up an impressive 2.98 ERA in his award-winning season. He started 34 times, worked 214.1 innings, yielded 175 hits, walked 72, fanned 198, and held opposing hitters to a .221 average.
